Numark provides an AI-driven communication service designed to answer calls, text leads, and book appointments on behalf of businesses. The Service operates 24/7 but does not guarantee 100% uptime or accuracy.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information (e.g., calendar access, contact details) for the Service to function. You are responsible for monitoring booked appointments and ensuring compliance with applicable laws (e.g., telemarketing regulations).

3. Limitations

No Guaranteed Results: While the Service aims to improve lead engagement, Numark cannot guarantee specific conversion rates or appointment outcomes. AI Accuracy: The AI may misinterpret conversations or fail to book appointments due to technical errors or unclear lead input.

4. Data Privacy

All lead data processed by the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You agree not to use the Service to collect sensitive information (e.g., credit card numbers, health data).

5. Termination

Either party may terminate service with written notice. Upon termination, access to the AI tools and stored lead data will be revoked.

6. Limitation of Liability

Numark is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from Service use. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 3 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
